provided by Ryvex. By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you
do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Bot.
The Bot is a software application designed to perform certain
functions within Discord servers, as specified by its features and
capabilities.
You may use the Bot within Discord servers that you have the
appropriate authority to manage. You must comply with Discord's own
Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, in addition to these
Terms.
You agree not to use the Bot for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, harassment,
dissemination of illegal content, or any activity that violates the
rights of others.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Bot, including all
intellectual property rights, belong to Ryvex. You may not modify,
adapt, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the
Bot without our prior written consent.
We are not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with
your use of the Bot. This includes direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if we have been
advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at
any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. By
continuing to use the Bot after such changes, you agree to be bound by
the revised Terms.

agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute
the entire agreement between you and Ryvex egarding the
Bot and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements,
communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you
and Ryvex regarding the Bot
